This house has truly been transformed. Even these pictures do not do the house justice.  This house is located in a cozy little gated community with very low HOA’s, and is high and dry, no flood zone.  Amenities are close and to numerous to name, from major shopping to a large number of dinning choices.  The house being this new, and with all the upgrades, the asking price does not cover the original cost to build.  I had not planned on moving, circumstances have dictated differently.
